More Than Just a Hotel Room
A Unique Experience.

This Condo was immaculate! My husband and I travel all over the world and we stay at hotels, high end hotels, B&B, vrbo etc. I have never seen a place sooo clean! Even the air vents on the ceiling have been cleaned. We will be back for sure …One balcony in the back over looking water and pool, other balcony faced the street. We had beach chairs, beach towels, ample bath towels, soap, shampoo, dish detergent, clothes detergent, trash bags, blender, pots/pans, Tupperware and even coffee filters and a few spices. The view was amazing! There is a beach here, I say that b/c a few places on the island don’t have a beach due to the past hurricanes. You can SNORKEL right outside the condo. Stingrays! The pool was great, lots of seating area and Michelle and Alain were excellence hosts! They communicated quickly throughout our stay…The car rental was super convenient and easy to pick up. Drive on left side of road and lots of round abouts but still super easy. There are a handful of local restaurants you can walk to, however, the road is small, be careful walking. Walkable for lunch GrapeTree – yummy fish, fantastic price. Czech Inn Grill was walkable and delish! You can drive a mile or so to Rankin’s Jerk and South Coast Bar & Grill.

Slice of Heaven. The perfect place for our family – it was the fourth trip for me and my wife, but the first for our daughter. It was fun to share it with her and she loved it! Cooling off in the pool, exploring the ocean by snorkeling right out front, and a great central location on the island which allowed us to drive up to Starfish Point one day, and the next day head to Georgetown to catch a boat to Stingray City…and then be able to come back “home” to this little slice of heaven at the end of a fun day is just amazing. Love this place and can’t wait to come back for our 5th trip as soon as possible!

We already miss the Seabreeze Villas! We had an amazing stay at the sea breeze villas. Five of us stayed in one beach front condo and there was ample space for everyone. The beach was clean and the snorkeling was unmatched. They have a crew cleaning the beach every day. The pool was great too. The condos are centrally located to both sides of the island so we were able to see everything. Hand rolled cigars and a great souvenir shop right across the street. Convenience store and liquor store right next door. The grape tree cafe was steps down the beach and had the most amazing homemade local food. The Czech inn was right down the road with a great bar and scratch kitchen. Probably the best burgers I’ve ever had. We will definitely be back the the sea breeze villas.

Stop searching in the Caymans. Found our vacation paradise! Awesome. Top notch. Awesome villa. Beautiful pool beach. Top notch management! Don’t waste your time ! This is the place to stay. Awesome host Michelle! Beautiful kept beach pool area. Go in pool look over edge to the Caribbean Sea can’t beat. Everything includes rental car also. 2 bedroom villa fully equipped! Bakery across street. Czech Inn down the street. Stop searching never go anywhere else ever. Thank you Michelle for everything!! We will be back.

A great find in Cayman. Amazing. What an amazing stay at this incredible condo complex. we stayed in Condo 9.
Just 20 steps to the soft sand beach. The beachfront pool was great for our kids and to cool off. snorkeling right out front of condos is out of this world. Sting Ray’s, Nurse Shark, Eagle Ray, puffer fish, and the coral is spectacular. Great local restaurants near by.

Need to relax and unwind? This is the place for you! We have stayed at Seabreeze Villas twice now as a family and once at the Turtle Nest Inn next door. We keep coming back because there are not many places where you can stay in a clean, beautifully decorated beach condo with room enough for the whole family. This place has it all. Gorgeous ocean views, from your condo the pool and the beach. The beach is a little bit of paradise. It is white sand, turquoise calm water, loungers and chairs to relax in and listen to the waves. Pure relaxation. It is quiet and unspoiled on this side of the island. There is a reef with tons of fish so you can snorkel right off the shore. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation this is it!

Our two bedroom beach view condo was just what we needed for a relaxing vacation. The included rental car was so simple to pick up after we landed and had a large trunk that pleasantly held luggage for four of us, which included scuba gear for two in our group. There are several restaurants very close by that had great food and wonderful service. We enjoyed our visit and would happily return to Seabreeze in the future.

This was the 3rd time we stayed at these condos. …The service and communication were excellent. We were able to get a rental car for pretty much free, and they set us up with snorkel gear for the week as well. We loved having the Grape tree cafe so close. The Bakery and the hand rolled cigars across the street are also a must do. We liked the Czech Inn down the road and Tukka’s on the islands east end. The Seabreeze has excellent snorkeling. You basically walk down the beach to the left 500 yards or so, swim all the way out to the reef then snorkel all the way back till you see the condos or Turtle Nest. The last day we saw many lobster as well as a large manta ray (not to be confused with a sting ray). We had a great time!”.
